The meeting was held at the Port of Seattle Headquarters Building, Pier 69, Commission Chambers, 2711 Alaskan Way and through a Microsoft Teams call-in line. Commissioners Calkins, Cho, Felleman, and Hasegawa were present. Commissioner Mohamed was recused from participating. 1CALL to ORDER The special meeting was called to order at 9:25 a.m. by Commission Vice-President Toshiko Hasegawa, for the purpose of holding an Executive Session per RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) Litigation/Potential Litigation/Legal Risk for approximately 60 minutes. (The special meeting recessed to Executive Session at 9:27 a.m. No action was taken and the meeting immediately adjourned.)
