Port of Seattle Commission Special Meeting
January 7, 2025
The Port of Seattle Commission will meet in a special meeting on January 7, 2025,
beginning at 9:30 a.m., at the Fabulich Center, Room 104, 3600 Port of Tacoma Road,
Tacoma, Washington. The meeting will be held within the regular monthly meeting of the
Northwest Seaport Alliance with the Managing Members. The Port of Seattle Commission
will consider: T18 Pile Cap Repairs Project Authorization and Port of Seattle Commission
Authorization to Fund Full Eligible Costs with Water Resource Development Act (WRDA)
Section 2106 / Harbor Maintenance Tax (HMT) Funds. (1) Request Managing Members
grant project authorization in the amount of $51,160,000, for a total authorized amount
of $56,100,000 for work associated with the T18 Pile Cap Repairs, MID No. U00687;
and (2) Request the Port of Seattle Commission dedicate $3M of FY 2024 WRDA Section
2106/Harbor Maintenance Tax funds (Section 2106/HMT) to fund the estimated June to
December 2024 and 2025 eligible costs for work associated with the T18 Pile Cap Repairs,
MID No. U00687. The meeting is open to the public at the meeting location and will also
be streamed live on the Northwest Seaport Alliance's website meeting page accessed
through: Northwest Seaport Alliance website.

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
